Major Inspection for Lifting Tackles

Horizon has the facility to examine lifting tackles up to 200 Mt.

Test machine is used to perform major inspections of lifting tackles (wire rope, chains & all lifting accessories) in order to assure its safe working load.

Our major inspections include:

• Determination of Safe Working Load

• Determination of Proof Load

• Determination of Holding Capacity.

• Determination of Breaking Strength.

ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Approval for the preparation and set up for examining and certifying all the lifting tackles under the required standard.

Horizon is also certified by the third Party “SGS” to perform the operations.

Each lifting tackles are examined and approved by the main inspector and QC before handing over to the inducer.
